Is the new feature 'Camera Coach' that gives advice on how to take good photos from Google's AI 'Gemini' really effective? I actually tried it on the Pixel 10 and reviewed it

The camera app for the Pixel 10 series of Google smartphones has a feature called ' Camera Coach ,' which uses AI to read the subject and teach the appropriate shooting method. Even beginners can take good-looking photos by following the instructions of the AI, so I actually tried using it.

Camera Coach is available on all Pixel 10 series models. It's easy to use: just launch the camera app, roughly frame the subject you want to photograph, and tap the camera-shaped button in the red box in the upper right corner of the screen.

After a few seconds, a choice of what kind of photo you want to take will appear at the bottom of the screen. This time, tap 'Zoom in on the bridge.'

The message 'Zoom in on the bridge' appears at the top of the screen, and the zoom magnification selection button at the bottom is highlighted in blue. Change the zoom magnification to 5x and tap '→' at the bottom right of the screen.

Next, the instruction 'Place the bridge at the center' was displayed, and the preview screen was divided into nine grids.

Use the dividing line to place the bridge in the center and tap '→'.
Then just tap the shutter button to take a photo.

The photo taken is below. This is a useful feature when you're thinking, 'This is a nice landscape, but I don't know how to take a good-looking photo.' Since you have to manually select the zoom factor and move the camera to compose the shot, it's nice to feel like you've taken the photo yourself, rather than it being created entirely by AI.

Let's try taking a photo of another subject. Place

It recognized that I was looking for an Anker charger and presented me with options. I tapped 'Close up Anker charger.'

You will be asked to turn your phone sideways.

When holding the device horizontally, tap the arrow button. It's inconvenient that the advice remains in portrait orientation even when the device is held horizontally.

I was advised to zoom in, so I changed the zoom factor to 2x.

Next, place the charger in the center.

Then tap the area marked '140W' to focus.

Finally, tap the shutter button to take the photo.

The photo I took looks like this.

I actually recorded the screen while filming with the camera coach's advice.
The results are below. It gives advice like, 'Shooting from below will make it more dynamic,' so if you keep using Camera Coach, you'll naturally improve your photography skills.
