Anthropic has announced a connector that allows direct integration between Claude and tools like Adobe and Blender, as well as Ableton, Canva, Autodesk, Resolume, SketchUp, and Splice.

With the aim of 'expanding the scope of creators' activities,' Anthropic has partnered with Adobe and other companies to release connectors that integrate Claude into each company's tools.

The connectors announced are from the following eight companies:

Ableton
Claude's answers will now be based on the official documentation for the music production software ' Live ' and ' Push '.

Adobe
The 'Adobe for Creativity' connector allows you to integrate Claude with over 50 tools from the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly, Express, Premiere, Lightroom, and InDesign. Specifically, you can edit photos and vector images, design assets, and create videos within Claude.

In the demo video released by Adobe, examples are shown of importing photos into Claude and performing various retouching operations, creating images for posting to Instagram using Adobe's library, and resizing videos for YouTube Shorts.

The design app 'Affinity' automates repetitive tasks within the workflow, such as batch image adjustments, layer renaming, and file export, generating custom functions directly within the app.

Autodesk
If you have a subscription to the 3D design tool Autodesk Fusion , you will be able to create and edit 3D models through interaction with Claude.

Blender
Blender, a 3DCG and 2D animation software, provides a natural language interface to its Python API. This makes it easier for users to grasp and understand complex settings, as well as access Blender's official documentation.

Furthermore, Blender developers can create MCP connectors to connect directly to the MCP server from the Messages API, allowing them to use Claude for tasks such as analyzing and debugging entire Blender scenes, or building custom scripts for object modification and patching. Additionally, using these connectors, Claude can directly add new tools to the Blender interface.

Anthropic has also announced that it has joined the Blender Development Fund to support the Blender project, which continues to develop its Python API.

Resolume
The VJ software ' Resolume Arena & Avenue ' for visual effects and ' Resolume Wire ' for creating effects and other elements will now be controllable in real time using natural language.

SketchUp
In the 3D design tool SketchUp, you can interact with Claude to create detailed 3D models, starting from the concept of rooms, furniture, and sites.

Splice
Splice , a royalty-free music library, will now allow you to search for music samples from Claude.
