'Claude Design' has arrived, allowing you to design UIs and presentation materials with the help of AI.
Anthropic, an AI development company, announced its design tool ' Clude Design ' on April 17, 2026. With Claude Design, even people without design expertise can collaborate with AI to create visually appealing UIs and presentation materials.

Claude Design is a design tool that leverages the visual recognition capabilities of Claude Opus 4.7 , allowing you to create high-quality UIs simply by describing your desired design in natural language. Claude Design can import codebases and design files, automatically generating UIs and presentation materials tailored to your organization's design system.
Claude Design generates a draft design and simultaneously creates menus for changing color schemes and other elements. You can also instruct it to add missing menu items. For example, you could say, 'Add a toggle switch for dark mode.'
Then, a toggle switch to switch to dark mode was added, and a color scheme for dark mode was created at the same time.
High-quality slide presentations can also be created.
You can instruct the AI to change the type of images and graphs, and you can also edit the font size and text content yourself.
The designs you create can be exported as PDF, PPTX, or HTML files. Furthermore, they can be transferred to Canva or Claude Code.
Designs created with Claude Design are saved as a design system and can be carried over to subsequent projects or projects by other users within the organization. This allows for the use of consistent designs throughout the organization.
