On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, Adobe released the Android version of the image editing app 'Photoshop'. At the time of writing, it was a beta version, and you can use the image editing function using layers and the image generation function using AI for free. It was already available for download in Japan, so I actually tried it out.

The Edit screen allows you to add blank layers, or add adjustment layers to perform non-destructive editing.

You can also use AI to perform operations such as 'select the sky and replace it with a sunset'.

You can also create a new canvas and have the entire image generated by AI.
