◆ 'Let me make it! Ejima-san' Episode 10 Synopsis
Kaido and Ejima are members of the 'Game Club' at a certain art university. Kaido doesn't hide his love for Ejima, but he directs all of his affection towards creating a game based on Ejima. Ejima wants people to pay attention to her rather than the game, but she can't be honest with him and continues to make roundabout approaches, getting angry and irritated.
Let me make it! Ejima-san Episode 8 advance

As the seasons change and the end of their student life approaches, the two remain as close as ever, even though they should have grown closer. Three years of being in the same university, in the same club, and seeing each other without even knowing it, are coming to an end.

As his feelings grew to the extreme, Kaido ended up elevating his beloved Ejima not only into a game but also into an AI.

Ejima wants the person she loves to see her as the most important thing, while Kaido wants to reflect that in the game he loves because he loves the person he loves. The two of them have different feelings for each other, which creates a decisive rift.

Their student days, where they could see each other even when they clashed, are over, and once they're apart it becomes difficult to interact. A few weeks later, Ejima has graduated from university and started working, and is busy every day. Can the relationship between the two, which has drifted apart, be repaired from this point on?

◆GSC members only bonus: Episode 10 making-of
Below is a before and after of the first page of episode 10, with the initial name on the left and the revised name on the right. The initial name makes it clearer that 'Ejima is feeling lonely after not being able to see Kaido for a while,' but having them fight in episode 9 and still feeling lonely at the beginning of episode 10 is a common development up until now. For this reason, the introduction emphasizes the feeling that 'each of them is living a different daily life.'

Below is another depiction of Kaido. In the initial draft on the left, Kaido also expresses his feelings by saying, 'I'm lonely because I can't see Ejima,' but for the same reason as the first page, I changed it to depict Kaido living his 'everyday life without Ejima.'

Below are two pages that were added as a result of the changes. They clearly depict the emptiness that Kaido feels, emphasizing the 'emotional movement' that will be important for future developments.

Emotional movement is also a key focus in the final development of episode 10. Ejima comes to visit, but when she leaves, Kaido wants to stop her. By creating a clear 'pause' here, we intended to make the change in emotions easier to understand.
