Google releases 'Doppl' app that lets you virtually try on your favorite clothes, and you can check how you move in the clothes

On June 26, 2025 local time, Google released an experimental app called ' Doppl ' that allows you to virtually try on clothes by combining a full-body image of yourself uploaded with a photo of your favorite clothes. Doppl's virtual try-on function makes it possible to visually check whether clothes look good on you even if you don't have them on hand.

To use Doppl, you first need to upload a full-body image of yourself.

To use the virtual try-on feature, tap the '+' icon at the bottom.

By selecting your favorite saved photo or screenshot, you can try it on the uploaded version of yourself.

You can try on anything, such as clothes worn by friends, clothes sold at a local thrift store, or clothes featured on social media, as long as you have a picture.

When you find a look you like, you can save it to your favorites by tapping the star icon.

You can virtually try on a ton of clothes without actually picking them up or putting them on.

Furthermore, if you tap the video icon, the AI will generate a video of you moving while wearing that outfit.

It's nice to be able to see not just how they stand, but also how they look when they move.

You can also share your favorite outfits with friends and acquaintances.

Doppl was released via Google Labs , which publishes Google's experimental AI products, but since it is still in the early stages of development, the fit, appearance, and clothing details may not be necessarily accurate. Doppl has been available for iOS and Android since June 26, but at the time of writing, it is only available to users in the United States.
