According to information obtained by the Financial Times from sources familiar with the matter, Amazon has expressed interest in acquiring Globalstar, but Apple's investment in Globalstar is complicating the acquisition.
Amazon offers Amazon Leo, a satellite communications service that uses low Earth orbit satellites, similar to Globalstar.
