Arrived at Burger King.

'On the Beef' comes in three varieties: salt and pepper flavored 'On the Beef,' 'Sauce on the Beef' with a special sauce, and 'Rice on the Beef' with rice on top. However, since there are three types of sauce for 'Sauce on the Beef,' there are a total of five variations. You will also receive one original sticker for each type of 'On the Beef.'

The size of the patty is about the size of two transportation IC cards. The normal 'On the Beef' is only seasoned with salt and pepper, so it looks very simple.

The plastic fork that comes with it is a little short, so if you're taking it home, it's much easier to eat with your own cutlery.

'On the Beef' is a beef patty seasoned only with salt and pepper, allowing you to enjoy the taste of meat in the most straightforward way. Although it is not as voluminous as a hamburger, it is packed with meat and is perfect for a light meal. The fact that they offer it with such simplicity shows how confident Burger King is in their food.

'Sauce on the Beef' comes in three varieties: spicy sauce, special BBQ sauce, and teriyaki sauce.

The spicy sauce is quite spicy. I think it's probably a sauce that's also used in other Whoppers, but since there are no vegetables or buns to soften the flavor, you can just taste the spiciness. This spiciness stands up to the strong meat flavor, so it's a pretty good combination.

The special BBQ sauce is sweet and spicy, and seems like it would go well with the other ingredients, but when combined with the patty alone it feels like it's overpowered by the meat.

Sweet teriyaki sauce is a standard on hamburgers, but when I tried the patty alone, I was surprised to find myself wanting a little more.

'Rice on the Beef' is a combination of a special rice patty and a beef patty.

It's like a simple version of a rice burger, but there's no special seasoning. One of the editorial staff was puzzled, saying, 'It's just a simple combination, and it's just...' Another editorial staff member said, 'The flavor of the patty is soaked into the rice, so it's ant.'

'On the Beef' (salt and pepper) is 350 yen including tax, three types of 'Sauce on the Beef' and 'Rice on the Beef' are 450 yen including tax, and 'On the Beef' and 'Sauce on the Beef' can be changed to a double patty for an additional 350 yen each. This is a limited-time sale until October 9, 2025 (Thursday).
