If you look at Mark Zuckerberg's test post on a smartphone app, you can see that some of the text is hidden by dots as shown below.
'We're testing a way to hide spoilers in posts,' Zuckerberg wrote.

When viewed in a browser, it will be hidden by a grey block like this:

Click on it in the same way and it will appear.

This new feature also works for images. According to users who have access to the feature, if you want to mark a piece of text as a spoiler, you can simply select the text and choose the 'Mark spoiler' option.
This feature has apparently been in testing since around January 2025. It is unclear if it will be officially implemented.
