a page explaining the reset procedure . However, this post doesn't have a single like.



Below that are a number of posts from users whose Q990Ds have also become inoperable, with many reporting things like, 'The buttons on the device are not working, so I can't reset it,' and 'There's no response even when I unplug and plug the power cable back in.'



At the time of writing, Samsung has not offered a permanent solution.
