First of all, I will eat from 'spicy meat mince bukkake udon'. Before shaking, it looks like this, it contains meat minced meat, eggs, chili oil, chopped seaweed, and bonito powder.

Make sure the lid is closed, and shake up and down while holding down the container.

This is what it looks like after shaking. Meat soboro is hardened and does not collapse with just a shake, so it is necessary to loosen it with chopsticks as appropriate. The tangy and salty-sweet seasoned soup is tightly entwined with the salty-sweet seasoned minced meat. The crunchy texture of green onions is also a nice accent.
Next, try 'Frozen Lemon Grated Bukkake Udon'. As the name suggests, it is topped with frozen lemon and grated daikon radish.

The slight smell of grated daikon radish is offset by the coolness of the lemon, resulting in a light taste. In contrast to the sweet and salty taste mentioned earlier, the sour taste of lemon permeates the whole, and you can eat it refreshingly.

The last is 'Grated wild vegetables bukkake udon'. Contains various wild vegetables and grated radish.

Since there is no lemon, the flavor of grated daikon radish and the original dashi flavor of the soup come out well. The scent of wild vegetables wafted in the air very well, and it was a high-grade gem with lots of ingredients.

The price is 490 yen including tax for 'spicy meat minced bukkake udon' and 'frozen lemon grated bukkake udon', and 450 yen including tax for 'sansai grated bukkake udon'.
