The movie starts with a police officer pinning down a female student.

The police officer picked up the female student ...

Move backwards with force.

And then throw it away.

'Junessa! Are you OK?' the students called out to the girl. Junessa was thrown onto the brick pavement and didn't move a muscle.

The police officer handcuffs the man's hands behind his back, making a 'gripping' sound.

The dizzy female student...

He was taken away.

A reporter from the news program KENS5 visited the scene after the incident. The incident occurred on a road next to the school grounds.

The officer who threw Junessa was Officer Joshua Kemm, a former military officer who had been working as a school police officer at Rhodes Middle School for over a year.

Officer Kem was initially placed on paid administrative leave pending an investigation, but after the video was posted on YouTube, the situation took a turn for the worse. He was fired in early April 2016, about two weeks after the incident. Superintendent Pedro Martinez issued a statement about the incident, saying, 'While we understand that the use of physical force may be necessary in certain situations, such as when there is imminent danger, it is clear that the actions he took were inappropriate, given the circumstances of the video.'
