Pro users wanting it need Max now.
$100/month minimum. 5x jump.
I'm on Max 20x so I'm fine.
Flagging for anyone on Pro who's about to find out.
No announcement. Just a pricing page edit.
It appears that Anthropic has removed Claude Code from its $20-a-month pro subscription based on its pricing page. Anyone able to confirm who has a $20 plan?

However, according to a price list confirmed by X user @TheGeorgePu, Claude Code is not available with the 'Pro' plan. Bluesky user Ed Zitron has made the same point, and several others have confirmed this fact.

In response to user concerns, Amol Avasareh, head of growth at Anthropic, commented, 'To be clear, we are conducting a small-scale test involving approximately 2% of new registered users. This will not affect existing Pro and Max subscribers.'
For clarity, we're running a small test on ~2% of new prosumer signups. Existing Pro and Max subscribers aren't affected. https://t.co/CkTiVCTmd7

They also stated, 'If we make any changes that will affect subscribers, we will give them ample notice beforehand. You will hear it from us, not see screenshots on X or Reddit.'
When we do land on something, if it affects existing subscribers you'll get plenty of notice before anything changes. Will hear it from us, not a screenshot on X or Reddit.

In response to Avasare's comments, Gitron pointed out that 'the site's wording has been changed, but there has been no official explanation.'
we are yet to have an actual statement from you about what this means, or an explanation of why documentation changed

@maruco_rulio also pointed out that there was no prior notice regarding the silent price increase that occurred within just two days.
Got no notice before this, so what are you even talking about?
