The luxurious shumai bento and Chinese rice bowl are promoted as 'Ryuuji's stamp of approval.'

The ingredients include pork, shrimp, quail eggs, wood ear mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, onions, carrots, snap peas, and bamboo shoots.

The shrimp is plump and the sauce is thick and doesn't cool down easily.

All the ingredients are cut into large pieces, which is very satisfying. Each ingredient has a different texture, such as the crunchy snack peas and the crunchy Chinese cabbage, so you won't get bored of eating it.

It also contains meat, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors in one bowl.

The Chinese rice bowl was released on November 20, 2025, and costs 650 yen (tax included). It can also be ordered as a single dish, 'Eight Treasures,' and costs 560 yen (tax included).

By the way, the venue for the tasting event, the Harksley Training Center Building, had a mock Hoka Hoka Tei store set up.

The mock store was a replica of an actual store, with everything from the cash register and kitchen to the menu, allowing for prototyping and operational training to be carried out.
