'Cajutta' is a machine that can make instant fruit juice by shaving only the inside of fruit.

At FABEX Kansai 2025, I found a booth selling grapefruit and lemons from Cajutta.
This machine is called the Cajutta. Its dimensions are 210mm wide x 297mm deep x 535mm high, and it weighs approximately 10kg.
The other side looks like this. When you pull down the black handle, the blade unit unfolds into an egg shape.
The unfolded blade unit rotates around to squeeze out the juice from inside the fruit.
I asked her to make grapefruit juice. First, remove the stem and core.
Removing the core creates a cavity.
A blade unit is inserted into this cavity and deployed to extract the juice.
I recorded a video of the juice being extracted.
The grapefruit juice is ready in about 20 seconds. The peel remains intact and forms a container, making it perfect for posting on social media.
The juice was a bit coarse, with a hint of fruit pulp remaining. The skins and seeds were all crushed thoroughly, allowing you to enjoy the whole fruit. I drank it as is, but they also recommend adding liqueur or syrup.
The manufacturer's suggested retail price for the Casjutta is 272,800 yen.
