The world's first self-built life-size Hatsune Miku gaming PC has arrived, a masterpiece that's not just about the looks but also the internals

DIY YouTuber Huang Xiao Jie has released a video showing the production process of the world's first '1/1 Hatsune Miku Gaming PC,' which incorporates a gaming PC into a life-size figure of Hatsune Miku.
Huang has built a variety of gaming PCs in the past. Below is a gaming PC based on the Root Tick from Apex Legends .

This time, Huang took on the challenge of creating a gaming PC that is a 1/1, life-size replica of the Vocaloid Hatsune Miku.

The modeling was done by Kaikoshi (right), who was doing a short-term internship at Huang's studio.

Hatsune Miku was first released as software, but gradually took on a more substantial character form. Huang explained that the concept for the project was 'evolving from software to hardware.'

The main frame and exterior parts are outsourced to a Taiwanese manufacturer.

We will assemble the metal rods that will serve as the core of the frame.

First, a mock assembly.

The mock-up is complete, with the exception of the hair, which is over 2m long, and the torso, which will house the PC itself.

Next, we will treat the surface of the parts by spraying on a primer.

Then, the piece is sanded. This process is repeated many times to carefully finish the surface.

These are the torso and hair parts. There are over 52 items just on the floor.

The body part looks like this. There are mechanical wings on the back that emphasize the hardware look.

To make it easier to access the internal PC, the exterior of the body is designed to be detachable with a magnet.

For the PC part, all Hatsune Miku collaboration products were used wherever possible.

Polarized chameleon paint that changes color depending on the viewing angle.

This is used for Hatsune Miku knee-high socks, etc.

However, they had trouble with this chameleon paint, as it didn't stick well and would peel off easily. As a result, they decided to remix the paint ingredients from scratch.

And since this is a gaming PC, we paid particular attention to the lighting. This time, we used EL lights, which are weaker than LEDs.

The EL light cable is built into the arm part.

'It has to light up!' said Huang. He also said that the Hatsune Miku PC is not just a life-size figure, but has a major theme of 'evolution,' and that by creating an 'unfinished' appearance, with the PC visible through the armor and body, the aim is to give viewers room for imagination.

Huang said, 'This is truly the masterpiece of 2025. I don't think we'll be able to make any gaming items that surpass this for a while.'

The actual 1/1 scale Hatsune Miku gaming PC was on display at the Taiwan event 'WIRFORCE 2025.'
2025 WirForce public exhibition Iwa Xiaojie produced Hatsune miku main engine, hereinafter 'evolution theory' When the individual theme comes, Hatsune goes through the individual colors, and now the soft body changes, and now there is only one physical form, and the ``process'' fusion Cyber life Material science and technology elements are the next subject, used in a large amount of armor, electronics, hard bodies, etc., and then the soft body is ``experiment'' and the main axis is the hard body.
