'Milk Strawberry Thunder' Tasting Review: Rich White Chocolate and Sweet and Sour Strawberry Chips Match

Yuraku Confectionery, known for its Black Thunder, will be releasing 'Milk Strawberry Thunder ,' a combination of sweet and sour strawberry chips and white chocolate perfect for winter, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Black Thunder, which boasts the royal flavor of milk and strawberry, arrived at the editorial department, so I tried it out first.

Ingredients include processed oils and fats, sugar, wheat flour, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, cocoa powder, whey powder, salt, shortening, strawberry flavored granules, butter, almonds, etc.

Each bottle contains 110kcal.

This is what it looks like when served on a plate.

The top is coated in white chocolate with strawberry chips and biscuits scattered throughout, while the bottom is coated in regular milk chocolate.

Comparing the Milk Strawberry Sander (left) with the regular Black Sander (right), the appearance is very different, and the Milk Strawberry Sander is slightly smaller in size.

This is what it looks like in cross section. The chocolate coating is only on the outside, and the inside is filled with white chocolate and biscuits.

When I actually tried it, I could taste the milky and sweet flavor of the rich white chocolate, matched with the sweet and sour taste of the strawberry chips, creating a classic flavor. The crunchy biscuits and crunchy strawberry chips add to the texture, making it a treat that is also enjoyable to eat.
