This is what Dekoda looks like.

The onboard camera captures images of excrement in the toilet bowl and analyzes them using machine learning algorithms.

The visible exterior of the toilet is white, giving it a clean look.

It can be installed by hooking it onto the edge of the toilet seat. The camera sensor only captures the inside of the toilet bowl, so the user's body and other areas are not captured.

It blends in well with the exterior of the toilet.
To initiate the capture and analysis session, you must authenticate with a fingerprint sensor or smartphone app, ensuring that no one other than you captures your waste, and the captured images are protected by end-to-end encryption.

The analysis results can be viewed on the app.

It provides up-to-date information on your gut health and hydration, and can even detect blood in your stool.

At the time of writing, Dekoda is available for order only in the United States. The device and other accessories cost $599, with a $70-$156 annual subscription required for health tracking. Shipments are expected to begin on October 21, 2025.
