Introducing the HONOR ROBOT PHONE - YouTube

The back of the HONOR ROBOT PHONE looks like this. At first glance, it looks like a regular smartphone with a large camera.

The protrusion of the camera part is quite large.

The left half of the camera started to slide smoothly.

A gimbal camera appears from behind the sliding door and unfolds with a whoosh.

When unfolded, it appears to have a shape similar to a gimbal camera attached to the top of a smartphone.

You can also put your smartphone in your chest pocket and have only the camera part stick out.

You can also hold your smartphone horizontally and stand the camera upright.

The HONOR ROBOT PHONE is also being promoted as an AI-equipped smartphone, and the introductory video includes an example of how it can be used by taking a picture of your body with the gimbal camera and having it suggest your outfit for the day.

Details of the HONOR ROBOT PHONE will be announced in 2026. HONOR describes the HONOR ROBOT PHONE as 'an innovative AI device that combines multimodal intelligence, advanced robotics, and next-generation imaging,' and 'from the iPhone to the AI Phone, and now the Robot Phone.'

HONOR also announced its flagship smartphones, the Honor Magic 8 and Honor Magic 8 Pro, on October 15, 2025.

Several reviewers have already published their hands-on reviews of the Honor Magic 8 Pro. In the video review below, you can see the difference in night photography performance between the Honor Magic 8 Pro and the iPhone 17 Pro.
