This is 'Kamatama-style mixed soba with oyster broth and soy sauce.'



Ingredients include pork extract, egg yolk, and bonito flakes powder.



Calories are 541kcal per serving.



To cook, open the lid and remove the seasoning sauce, Kimimaro paste, and furikake packets.



Add hot water, close the lid, and wait 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the seasoning sauce on the lid.



After 5 minutes, discard the water and add the seasoning sauce.



Mix well.



Next, add the Kimimaro paste.



Sprinkle with furikake and it's done.



When you put the soft noodles in your mouth, they break easily, and the aroma of the sea from the roasted seaweed, the aroma of oysters, and the mellow taste of the egg yolk spreads out in your mouth.The base is a light soy sauce, and the furikake seasoning gives it a slight dashi flavor.
