Ace Cook's 'Pasta de Mochichi Bolognese Style' tasting review with a rich flavor of beef and aromatic vegetables

Acecook will be releasing a new product, ' Pasta de Mochichi Bolognese Style ,' on Monday, September 22, 2025. This new flavor is part of the 'Mochichi' cup noodle series, known for its chewy texture, and features beef umami with aromatic vegetables and tomatoes. Acecook kindly provided us with a sample, so we tried it out.

The ingredients are tomato powder and beef seasoning, and toppings include minced chicken and pork and onions.

Calories are 428kcal per serving.

To cook, first open the lid and remove the two bags.

Add hot water and wait 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, open the drain and discard the hot water.

Open the lid and add the flavored oil.

Stir well and mix with the noodles.

Then sprinkle with the finishing seasoning.

Mix well and it's done.

The flavor is based on beef sauce, with a hint of tomato. It's easy to eat, without the saltiness or acidity that can be common in cup noodles. The rich aroma of beef and herbs is also distinctive. The noodles are chewy, just as the name suggests, and have a firm bite, without being soggy or watery.
