Google smartphone 'Pixel 10' released, equipped with Google SoC 'Tensor G5' and Gemini's AI functions

Google announced its own smartphone, the Pixel 10 , on August 21, 2025, Japan time. It is equipped with Google's SoC, the Tensor G5, and has a starting price of 128,900 yen.

The rear of the phone is equipped with a camera bar, which consists of a 48-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 10.8-megapixel telephoto camera, and also has a super-resolution zoom function with up to 20x magnification.

The SoC is Google's Tensor G5, the RAM capacity is 12GB, and the storage capacity is available in 128GB and 256GB.

It also comes equipped with many convenient features that utilize Gemini, such as 'Magic Suggestion,' which can automatically suggest replies to messages, and 'Camera Coach,' which reads the scene you are about to capture with the camera and gives advice such as 'Select 2x zoom.'

The battery capacity is 4970mAh, providing over 30 hours of battery life. The power-saving 'Super Battery Saver' feature extends battery life to up to 100 hours. It also features a fast charging function that can charge up to 55% in about 30 minutes, and supports wireless charging at up to 15W using the Qi2 standard. A magnet is embedded in the back, allowing you to easily attach a wireless charger compatible with the Google Pixel Snap .

The Pixel 10 will be priced at 128,900 yen for the 128GB model and 143,900 yen for the 256GB model. The release date is August 28, 2025, and pre-orders are already open.
