I found the Garlic Stamina Pork Bowl in the ready-to-eat food section of a 7-Eleven, where it was on sale for 375 yen including tax.

It's called Instant Cup Rice, and its ingredients include rice, lard, soy sauce, garlic seasoning, fried garlic, processed pork, and seasoned pork.
Each serving contains 411 kcal and 3.7 g of salt.
The toppings are four types: 'koro char siu (seasoned pork),' 'processed pork,' 'green onions,' and 'fried garlic.'
