The timer is divided into three types: 'FOCUS', 'SHORT' and 'LONG'. The Pomodoro Technique is a technique that divides a large task into 25-minute units, works on it, and takes a 5-minute break in between, making a set of '25 minutes of work → 5 minutes of break' to concentrate on work in a short period of time and increase efficiency. 'FOCUS' is the work time, 'SHORT' is the interval break time, and 'LONG' is a longer break time taken after repeating work and breaks several times.
