Companion mode now available on Grok app, lets you talk to beautiful avatars; reactions change as you increase your affection level

In the Grok app for iOS, go to settings and turn on 'Enable Companions.'



At the time of writing, there are two types of assistants: Ani, a beautiful girl avatar, and Rudy, a red panda-style avatar. Rudy's name is 'Rudi' in the screen below, but it seems to be a typo. This time, we will choose Ani.

Ani has an intimacy level, and during conversations, an intimacy meter will sometimes appear on the right side of the screen. Depending on the intimacy level, Ani will likely listen to what you say.



Also, when the intimacy level reaches a certain level, the character may take off their clothes and appear in their underwear.



At the time of writing, there was a Bad Rudy, a worse version of Rudy, and a male assistant named Chad.
