The matcha ice cream is sandwiched between a light green wafer decorated with the Haagen-Dazs logo and is coated with green matcha chocolate.

When I cut it with a knife and checked the cross section, I could see red raspberry sauce mixed in with the matcha ice cream. When I tasted it, the sweetness of the chocolate coating added to the elegant matcha ice cream, and the refreshing tartness of the raspberry sauce was brought out, creating a nice accent. The crispy wafers had a pleasant texture, making it the perfect ice cream for early summer.
