At the

Machi Asobi vol.28 venue, an outdoor event where you can enter a tent sauna, ' Machi Asobi Sauna Event ', is being held. At the 'Machi Asobi Sauna Event', you can sweat in the tent sauna, feel the breeze, and talk with people involved in anime. I was curious about what kind of sauna was set up, so I took a closer look.

The 'Machi★Asobi Sauna Event' is held on the east side of Fureai Bridge. You can find the location on Google Maps by searching 'Shinmachigawa/Awa Paper Waterfront Park.'

As we got closer, we could see several tent saunas and a blue water bath.



There are multiple tent saunas, each with different temperature settings and aromas.



This tent sauna is called the 'Gentle Breeze Tent,' has a 'low' temperature setting, and an aroma of 'lingonberry.'



This is what the inside looks like. The stove with sauna stones on top is surrounded by a wooden frame.



The bench is large enough for two people to sit.



The 'SKY Tent' has a skylight. The temperature setting is 'normal' and the aroma is 'juniper.'



There is also a 'babbling tent' with a 'hot' temperature setting. The aroma is 'sandalwood.'



There are also two large tent saunas set up. The temperature setting for these saunas is 'hot' and the aroma is 'juniper.'

The 'Machi★Asobi Sauna Event' is a ticketed event, and will also feature a talk event where you can hear from anime-related people, such as Aniplex's Yuuma Takahashi, in a large tent sauna. However, at the time of writing, tickets for the talk event on Saturday, May 10th are sold out, and only the talk event on Sunday, May 11th can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. Regular tickets will also be sold on the day at the sauna venue.
