Freshness Burger , a hamburger chain, has announced the launch of the ' Coriander Asian Fair ,' which recreates Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. In addition to enjoying burgers with Asian flavors, you can also customize your burger by adding extra coriander.

Freshness' Coriander Chicken Burger is an annual event held around spring, and their Green Curry, made with fried eggplant, tomato, and onion topped with authentic green curry sauce, is a popular item that has been available for four consecutive years.



At the 2025 Cilantro Asian Fair, a new flavor that recreates the Vietnamese sandwich 'Banh Mi' will be introduced. Banh Mi is a sandwich made of French bread with plenty of vegetables and chicken, and Freshness' 'Cilantro Chicken Burger Banh Mi' is a juicy chicken topped with rich liver paste, sour pickled vegetables, and marinated purple cabbage, and uses five-spice powder and fish sauce to recreate the authentic taste of the Vietnamese sandwich.



The coriander topping on the coriander chicken burger can be tripled for an additional 100 yen, or quintupled for an additional 200 yen. Also, for those who want to eat green curry or banh mi but don't like coriander, you can change it to leaf lettuce.



Other side dishes include dipped potatoes made with Asian herbs and craft lemonade made with frozen fruit.
