And GODA BRIDGE, located in GRAVITATE OSAKA, is the longest suspension bridge in Japan, spanning the dam lake of Aigawa Dam, at 420 meters in length. Below is a photo taken by a drone in December 2024. You can see that a long suspension bridge spans the dam lake.

The following photos were actually taken on site. Below is the main tower on the right bank that supports GODA BRIDGE, which is 60m tall.

Here is a photo from the other side. There is a staircase that slopes diagonally towards the main tower, and there is an activity called 'Bridge Climb' where you climb up the staircase.

I took a video of the stairs.

The base of the wire looks like this.
Looking up at the stairs from the bottom, you can see that they are not straight, but slightly crooked. This looks like it would be quite a thrill.

Looking up from below, you can really get a sense of its enormity.

The fence near the entrance had the words 'GODA BRIDGE' written on it. The one-day admission ticket for GRAVITATE OSAKA costs 550 yen for elementary school students and above, and is free for children under elementary school age. To cross GODA BRIDGE, adults have to pay an additional 1,100 yen and elementary school students have to pay 550 yen.

The suspension bridge crosses the dam lake and continues deep into the lake. A maximum of 1,800 people can cross at the same time, and wheelchairs are also allowed.

This is what the walking area looks like from below. The floor is latticed, so you can see what's below as you walk.

Photographed from the opposite side. The height from the lake surface is 55m.

There is a space in the center of the suspension bridge where people can enter.

This space is a bungee jumping platform. At GODA BRIDGE, in addition to the 'Bridge Bungee' where you can enjoy regular bungee jumping, you can also experience the 'Bridge Swing' where you jump off and then swing high like a swing.

The Bridge Bungee costs 16,000 yen, the Bridge Swing costs 15,000 yen, and the Bridge Climb costs 4,500 yen. If you purchase a Bridge Bungee or Bridge Swing ticket in advance, the admission fee and suspension bridge toll are free, and if you purchase the Bridge Swing in advance, the admission fee is free.
During the pre-opening, a '1st Jump Ceremony' for the Bridge Bungee and Bridge Swing was also held, and a report on this will be published later.
