With the update to Results about you, users can now click on the three dots in Google search results to access the 'Delete this result' option, which will take them to a menu of options for deleting information, such as phone numbers and email addresses, with just a few clicks.

Before the update, you had to access Results about you, which was hidden in your Google account settings.
In addition, 'Delete this result' and Results about you are not available in Japan at the time of writing, and are only available in limited regions such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

According to Google, if you have deleted or edited content about yourself from a webpage but have not seen the changes reflected in search results, you can request an update in addition to deleting the information. In this case, just click the three dots to request an update, and Google's system will re-search the page and retrieve the latest information.

According to TechCrunch, the feature requires users to fill out a form with their contact information so Google can check if it matches the information on the search results page, and they can opt to receive notifications when Google finds results.
Google pointed out that 'users' information is not shared or used to personalize their experience on Google.'
