◆Framework Laptop 13 supports Ryzen AI 300 series
The Framework Laptop 13 is a modular laptop that allows you to freely choose the processor, display, keyboard, touchpad, memory, storage, etc.

New processors are now available: Ryzen AI 5 340, Ryzen AI 7 350, and Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. In addition, the cooling system has been upgraded to match the Ryzen AI 300 series, and support for Wi-Fi 7 and USB 4 has also been introduced.

In addition, the company also announced a second-generation keyboard developed in collaboration with keyboard manufacturer Lite-On, which has a 1.5mm keystroke and reduces noise when the speaker volume is turned up.

The Framework Laptop 13 with the Ryzen AI 300 series is priced at $899 (approximately 130,000 yen) for the lowest configuration.

◆Framework Desktop
The Framework Desktop is a small PC with dimensions of 226.1mm x 96.8mm x 205.5mm (volume 4.5L) and a transparent side panel that allows you to see inside. You can choose between the Ryzen AI Max 385 and the Ryzen AI Max 395 processors. The memory is soldered with LPDDR5x memory to make the most of the 256GB/s memory bandwidth that Ryzen AI Max supports. For this reason, it is not possible to replace the memory alone.

The color of the front can be customized to your liking.

On the back are two USB Type-A ports, one HDMI port, two USB Type-C ports, two DisplayPorts, one 5Gbit Ethernet port, and one 3.5mm audio jack. Both USB Type-C ports are USB4 compatible.

You can install your favorite modules on the bottom of the front. The Framework Laptop 12 is a laptop with a 12.2-inch touch-enabled display. The interior is made of metal, and the exterior is made of

PC/ABS wrapped in TPU to ensure durability.

The display resolution is 1920 x 1200 pixels, and the maximum brightness is 400 nits. The display can be rotated 360 degrees, so it can be used like a tablet. The processor is the 13th generation Intel Core processor, the memory is up to 38GB DDR5-5200, the storage is up to 2TB NVMe SSD, and the wireless communication is compatible with Wi-Fi 6E. It is expected to be released in mid-2025, and details are expected to be announced in the future.
