I investigated the battery life of the Microsoft genuine 2in1 notebook PC 'Surface Go 4', which is lightweight, compact and perfect for carrying.
Micorosft's genuine 2-in-1 notebook PC 'Surface Go 4' announced in September 2023 is lightweight at only 521g, making it perfect for carrying. I was curious about the battery life of the Surface Go 4, so I conducted a battery test following benchmark measurements.

To measure battery life, I charged the Surface Go 4 battery to 100% and continued to play videos on YouTube to measure battery life. In addition, the screen brightness and volume are set to maximum, and battery saving functions are turned off.
Below is a video shot at intervals from when the video started playing until the power was turned off.
After 5 hours and 8 minutes had passed since I started playing, the screen displayed ``The battery is low.''
Eight minutes later, the screen went off completely. The time it took for the screen to turn off was 5 hours and 16 minutes.
Below is an image that graphs the battery status. Measurements were taken from a fully charged state until the remaining capacity was 4%, at which point logs could no longer be taken. You can see that the remaining battery power is decreasing by 10% in about 30 minutes.
When the battery reaches 0%, measure the time until the remaining battery reaches 100% again. When taking measurements, I used the included charging cable.
As a result of charging while doing light work such as browsing, it took 2 hours and 52 minutes for the battery level to reach 100%.
