Microsoft announced the acquisition of Activison Blizzard in January 2022. Activision Blizzard has a large number of studios, about 10,000 employees, and the popular FPS 'Call of Duty' series, so there are concerns that Call of Duty will become Microsoft's Xbox monopoly.
