I tried to see if the beer foam could be retained with the cold insulation bottle 'Vacuum Insulated Carbonated Bottle' that is OK for beer.

The 'Vacuum Insulated Carbonated Bottle ', which enables the cold insulation of carbonated drinks that cannot be handled by general cold insulation bottles, appeared from Tiger Corporation on January 21, 2022 (Friday). I had the opportunity to actually use a vacuum-insulated carbonated bottle that can carry cola and beer in a chilly state without using a cooler box, so

following the performance check using cola, I checked the cold insulation performance and carbonic acid retention capacity of beer. I tried it.

When I actually drank it, I couldn't say that the beer that had been chilled in a vacuum-insulated carbonated bottle was 'chilled in a kinkin', but it was kept at a chilly temperature where I could enjoy the flavor and throat of the beer. I am fully satisfied with this coldness without a refrigerator or cooler box. On the other hand, beer left at room temperature loses most of its carbonic acid when poured into a glass, resulting in a disappointing beer with a moody flavor.
