In another sense, a picture urging a warning "I drink alcohol too much"

If alcohol is consumed in large quantities, it may cause alcoholism or it may be burdensome to the liver, resulting in health hazards, but there seems to be a picture warning about overdose of alcohol in another sense. Regardless of male and female, I wonder if there is a misunderstanding that I encountered something like this picture.

There is a woman who is vaguely chubby behind, but a woman looking through a glass drunk is very smart. It's as if there were two different women.
